Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or using any services on the 93gl platform. By registering an account or accessing any 93gl games or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play real-money games on 93gl. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Falsifying your age is a serious violation and will result in account closure.
Each player may hold only one 93gl account. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited, per PAGCOR and 93gl policy.
93gl operates under a valid PAGCOR license and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR circulars. Philippine law governs this agreement and any disputes arising from it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using any Services offered by 93gl, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content, and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the 93gl platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus redemption, and participation in promotions.
2.3 93gl reserves the right to require affirmative confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including during account registration, after material amendments, or before processing certain transactions.
2.4 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 93gl platform and close your account.
3.2 You must be a natural person and a legal resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online gaming on PAGCOR-regulated platforms is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing 93gl is legal in your jurisdiction.
To register an account on 93gl, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:
Each individual may hold only one active account on the 93gl platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. 93gl employs technical and administrative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be permanently closed and any associated balances, including winnings, may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 93gl login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify 93gl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 93gl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4.1 In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160, as amended), 93gl is required to verify the identity of all Players. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
4.2 KYC verification is mandatory before 93gl will process any withdrawal above ₱10,000, and may be required for withdrawals of any amount at 93gl's sole discretion. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:
4.3 93gl reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, where required by applicable regulations or where unusual account activity is detected.
4.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. Any funds in a closed unverified account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law.
93gl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱200. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. 93gl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your 93gl account, is strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering control measure. 93gl aims to process withdrawals within the following indicative timeframes:
93gl reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals that trigger AML monitoring thresholds may be subject to additional documentation requirements and processing delays.
All transactions on the 93gl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 93gl does not accept or process foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.1 93gl may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional benefits to Players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 93gl reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be notified of material changes.
7.1 All games available on the 93gl platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payment, and conduct matters.
7.2 All RNG-based games on the 93gl platform utilise certified random number generation systems that are independently audited and verified for statistical fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers under monitored conditions.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during gameplay, 93gl will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the affected session using server-side game logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, 93gl will return the bet amount to the Player's account. 93gl is not liable for losses attributable to the Player's internet connectivity or device performance.
7.4 All game results recorded on 93gl's servers are final and authoritative. In the event of a discrepancy between the Player's client display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 93gl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities:
9.1 93gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where 93gl reasonably determines that:
9.2 Players who wish to voluntarily close their 93gl account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bonus wagering requirements should be noted — bonus balances that do not meet wagering requirements will not be paid out upon account closure.
9.3 Where an account is closed due to Player breach of these Terms, 93gl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Real Money Balance in addition to Bonus Balance, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law.

10.2 Players who self-exclude from 93gl will be permanently barred from creating new accounts on the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to PAGCOR.

11.1 All content on the 93gl platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 93gl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 93gl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, or creation of derivative works from any 93gl content.
11.3 The 93gl name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 93gl's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 93gl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the Player's use of the platform.
12.3 93gl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned maintenance windows, emergency downtime, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of services. 93gl will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
12.4 93gl is not responsible for any losses arising from: the Player's own decisions and gameplay choices; technical failures on the Player's device or internet connection; third-party payment provider delays or failures beyond 93gl's control; or events of force majeure including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
13.1 93gl collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and in compliance with PAGCOR data handling requirements.
13.2 By creating an account on 93gl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on what data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and how you can exercise your data subject rights.
13.3 93gl will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the AMLC), payment processors, and KYC verification service providers as required for lawful platform operation.
14.1 93gl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 93gl will provide notice to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the 93gl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 93gl website at 93gl.club/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and 93gl, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through 93gl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting Customer Support. 93gl commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 3 business days and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 93gl's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
15.4 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations that cannot be contractually excluded.
