In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights and freedoms, 93gl will notify the NPC within 72 hours of discovery and will notify affected Players without undue delay, in accordance with Section 20 of the Data Privacy Act and NPC breach notification guidelines.

93gl uses age verification measures during account registration, including date of birth collection and KYC document verification, to prevent access by minors. If 93gl discovers or is notified that a Player account was created by or belongs to an individual under 21 years of age, 93gl will immediately suspend the account, void all associated gameplay and balances, and securely delete the associated personal data to the extent not required to be retained for regulatory reporting purposes.

93gl's primary data processing infrastructure is hosted in data centres serving the Asia-Pacific region. Some service providers engaged by 93gl — including cloud hosting providers and certain technical infrastructure vendors — may process personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
